CARROT Weather uses auto-renewing subscriptions.
Premium provides additional features like weather data sources, notifications, customization, widgets, and Apple Watch complications.
Premium Ultra includes all the features of Premium, plus rain, lightning, and storm cell notifications (where available), a weather maps widget, and quick data source switching.
Premium Family includes all the features of Premium Ultra, with the added benefit of being shareable with up to five family members via Apple’s Family Sharing service.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase. Cancellation of the current active subscription period is not allowed.

New Data Sources
Pull forecasts from OpenWeather as well as a bunch of new regional weather providers. (Premium required.)
Improved Rain Alerts
Receive server-side push notifications when rain will start *or* stop. Not only are rain alerts more timely, but you can also set a minimum delivery interval if you’d like to receive updates more (or less) often. Plus, server-side notifications are now available in Canada, Europe, and Australia. (Premium Ultra required.)
Improved Location Details
View monthly averages for a location in the Location Details screen. (Premium Ultra required.)
Redesigned Time Machine
Check the weather in the past or the future with the all-new weather time machine. (Premium required.)
New Smart Layout
Automatically switch to a different layout when you look up a location that’s far away. (Visit Settings > Layout to set up Smart Layouts.)
New Content
I’ve added 6 new secret locations for you to track down, plus a dozen new fake ads and hundreds of lines of new dialogue.

Thanks to the wonders of ChatGPT, you can now have an actual conversation with me! Ask me to play a text adventure game, write a procedural crime drama, or tell you what I really think of my Maker. You can even fine-tune my personality to change how I’ll respond. (Note: You only get a limited number of messages for free. Due to the cost of the ChatGPT API, this feature is mainly intended as a fun bonus for those who are generous enough to tip.)
Expanded Radar
View high-quality radar for just about every country in Europe, plus Australia, Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan. This includes access to the Inspector feature (which requires Premium Ultra) and support for changing the color palette. (Note: The new regions do not yet appear on the mini map, Home Screen widget, or Apple Watch.)
Expanded Weather Alerts
Get push notifications for government-issued weather alerts in Canada, just about every country in Europe, and Israel. This includes support for monitoring multiple locations and adding Critical Alerts and mute filters. (Premium required.)
Expanded Lightning Notifications
Receive alerts about nearby lightning strikes in Europe, Central America, and the Caribbean. Disclaimer: Lightning is very dangerous. Use these alerts at your own risk. (Premium Ultra required.)
Radar Station Products

Card Layout Style

Dual Pane Radar
Easily compare radar station products by activating Dual Pane Mode, which splits the maps screen into two separate windows that appear one on top of the other. (U.S. only; Premium Ultra required.)
New Radar Station Products
Use Differential Reflectivity, Spectrum Width, and Specific Differential Phase to track the severity of intense thunderstorms. (U.S. only; Premium Ultra required.)
Storm Cell Details
